In this tutorial video I will show you my method for balancing the Zhiyun Weebill 3S Gimbal as fast and effectively as possible with best practices for both horizontal and portrait orientation use cases. Don’t worry it’s actually really easy to do once you know the proper procedure which I will explain in great detail so even if you never used a gimbal this will make sense.

  1. Hi, is there any big difference between the Zhiyun Weebill 3S and the Zhiyun Crane 3S? Any recommendation? Thanxx for the useful review.

    1. Hi John,

      Thanks for stopping by and yeah the Crane is a larger gimbal made for heavier payloads up to about 13.5 lbs… So large camera bodies like the Canon R3 would fit on the crane for example. So far this Weebill has been more than strong enough for anything I am doing, but if you want to use a 70-200mm lens on the gimbal or something like that, then the Crane would be a better option due to the larger size and payload capacity. The weebill does not have a max payload spec listed anywhere, but it’s got to be at least 6 lbs I would say based on my testing. I hope that helps and all the best, Jay
