I have an A7R2 that I'm trying to disable the wheel on the back of the camera.
This is what I've tried so far.
Menu/Cog, Gear/8/Dial/Wheel lock/Lock.
I also press the Fn button for a few seconds until it says locked.
I've done all this and the wheel is still not disabled. Am I doing something wrong or is it time to send the camera in for repair?
why disable it.....and can't say I have tried on mine.
Camera : Sony A6000
Sony Lens : FE 90mm f/2.8 G OSS Macro , 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS, 10-18mm f/4 OSS ultra wide,FE 16-35mm f/4 OSS ZA Lens
Sigma Lens : 30mm f/2.8 DN

Go to custom buttons > control wheel > none.
