Depends on the image. If it's simple then I just use Lightroom, If it needs work then Silver Efex Pro2 using control points. I can add depth and interest using control points...

Thanks but this is straight out of camera. f2 on full frame gives this effect which is why I love the Samyang 35mm f1.4 so much :)
