Help Required-Accessories for Macro Photography

Hi,
I was looking for a cheaper option to do some Macro Photography .Two options which are in my mind are an extension tube (Again what to look for ie any specific size or any specific brand to be considered ?) & Raynox DCR 250 super macro conversion kit. I know that the quality may not be matching the professional quality Macro lenses, but still. Which amongst these would be a better option ? Are there any other cheaper options ?

This is one of the shot taken by a friend of mine using The DCR 250 on a Minolta 70-210 beercan lens on Alpha A33. I hope the quality is equally good when compared to Macro lenses.
